OUR COMMITTEE
We are a small group of dedicated and professional volunteers with varied professional backgrounds, skills and experience. What connects and unites us is our passion to regenerate the derelict Otley baths. Each of us takes a lead role in a specific functional area but as a small team our roles are fluid. This ensures we all have a well-developed and rounded understanding of the challenges we face and ensures sound collective decision-making.

Ian Lawson
Director , Treasurer and Design & Build
​
A former international rower who competed with the GB Rowing Team for 10 years including representing Team GB in the Single Scull at the 2004 Olympic Games.
Ian has coached multiple Junior and Under-23 athletes and crews to medals at major international rowing events.
Ian is passionate about sport and the positive contribution it can make to the lives of both children and adults.
As FoOL treasurer he oversees the day-to-day financial affairs and ensures that FoOL meets its legal responsibilities in terms of financial matters.
Ian can often be seen running in Otley and the surrounding areas.
