I am a neighbour to the Lido and have been instrumental in the Otley Lido project since our inception in 2015 and am determined to restore it for our community.

My wife and I are keen outdoor swimmers (both open water and lidos) and regularly visit lidos across the country. We would both make extensive use of Otley and could walk there!

I am local to Otley and passionate about trying to breathe life into Otley’s historic buildings. I have thirty years in hospitality management and see a great opportunity for a much needed community hub in the park.

I moved to Otley as a child when the outdoor pool was still open! I'm passionate about communities having access to health and well-being facilities.

I am a keen outdoor swimmer and when I moved to the area and realised we had a disused Lido down that road, I had to get involved – it is such an important asset for the community and I’m desperate to see it restored.

I love swimming in lidos and think a lido serving Otley and the surrounding areas would be a fantastic resource for the local community.

I think reopening the Lido is something Otley desperately needs if it is to evolve and keep attracting people from the surrounding area as well as serving the local community of Otley.
